I had the problem of withdrawing ETH 0.32266993ETH from poloniax on my mytherwallet on 21.6.2017, but poloniex solved it after 4 days, now it's on my wallet.
In poloniexa's history it states that the transaction was over and completed, but it took 4 days to sit on myetherwallet

Etherchain.org/tx/ says Error: 0x62e4399b72aae1744d8deee7e95c69d0efbdc5f6d02c10a03f74479f47cf45b7 'not found!
My etherwallet works normally, but on 21.6, transaction of 0.32266993 ETH did not switch to wallet
I had sent two support tickets regarding the delay of the ETH

And # 264231Created on Fri, 23 Jun at 3:51 PM
On these two tickets, the Support Center answered me the same

It looks like after 4 days Txid changed from: 0x62e4399b72aae1744d8deee7e95c69d0efbdc5f6d02c10a03f74479f47cf45b7 on 0x0a5ed64b8f62231165837357b02d976209a493d4c7c43f7ff7663877b136786e, which is now visible on etherscan.
Poloniax has solved this problem, but still writes beside the ticketing in Support Center-BEING PROCESSED, although they have resolved and the 0.32266993 ETH has switched to the wallet.
So I can not say anything bad about the poloniex team, although I see that many people have problems that are not solved and are waiting to be.
