Yes that's the best way, i will leave this exchange platform as they are very likely a scam and better leave them from now on before all it gets worse.

Awaiting Approval with no transaction ID means they have to manually handle the transaction of your withdraw and review it I believe, this happened to me before and it is still pending after 4 weeks.. Thankfully I'm patient but this makes me really nervous and there is no communication whatsoever. Strange that this is still one of the biggest exchanges out there. So if someone's watching, my ticketnr #221296 needs some TLC

My account has been frozen going on 3 weeks. No response from support despite 5+ tickets. Is there any way I can get help unfreezing my account?

I froze it because of a suspected identity theft issue. That has since been addressed and there is no issue. Now I can't close any open positions or make any changes at present.

my support ticket Being Processed since 44 days 22 hours

support response only this at day 4

I have also waited for hours to get my balance updated on poloniex recently. Even after more than 100 confirmation, my ETH deposit was not even in pending list in poloniex deposit history. But it was added without any support ticket from my side.
