Polo have been losing a lot of credibility over the last months, with outages, sporadic delisting and withdrawal issues, I hope they can redeem themselves somehow

I had some issues with withdrawing last week, had withdrawal outstanding for 4 days - had to post on the trollbox to a moderator and they sorted it pretty quickly after that...

No, my issues are of another sort. I tried reaching out in the trollbox, but the mods there do not have any influence on support tickets. The trollbox seems to be full of users complaining about withdrawals, but who's to say if they're all legit?

They had some server issues in the last day or two, but 9 days of wait with no response is just alarming. What's your verification level, is it possible that you went over the daily limit?
Have you tried to catch any of the mods on chat (trollbox)?

I read on some sites there are people who had withdrawals 3-4h ago and nothing came so far, not looking good at all
