This is very unfortunate. A withdrawal issue after NXT went live and I recommended it to everyone. I feel very frustrated, not at the issue, nothing and nobody is perfect, but at the lack of communication and response. I thought after the last 4 hour plus downtime you stated you put monitors in place so issues would be noticed quickly and also that you would communicate problems and status updates when there was a problem.

still no news about withdrawal issues?
There was a tweet 12 hours ago that the withdrawal daemon had stopped over night and was restarted. About 5 minutes ago the site went down and then came back up. No idea if that is related though.
