crypto = passion
We need another exchange. Any exchange will be just fine. We just need an exchange that has a real support answering queries within a reasonable timeframe.
I agree any would do. The problem is however that we do not have many thnigs (services) we may currently offer. Without that application to any exchange is difficult.
Exactly. It would be better to build a solid foundation first and then take for the conquest of the world. Don't forget about community, that is very important thing for any coin.

Let's have fun!
still no update from yobit. It looks like they don't have support and they don't answer the tickets. It is more than two weeks now that my transaction is stucked and they didn't respond at all. The wallet still not up-to-date - please do not transfer any FIND funds to yobit.
Finally I have a positive update on yobit.
Their wallet is in sync now. My test transaction finally, after nearly 3 weeks went through.

Thank you.
The transaction is confirmed.
In my wallet disabled POS and POW. It is necessary to reduce the load on the server.

yobit or my BE on a wrong chain.
I request test withdrawal from yobit.

i see a 0 confirmations, but yobit show more than 5 confirmations.
 Huh

Anyone, post alive nodes list, please. (getpeerinfo)

Few remarks:
1) wallet shows out of sync, if only you are about 2 hours since the last block. It is +/- two hours, I didn't check the code for the exact time.
If your wallet have the same number of the last block as the BE, it should be safe to unlock it for minting. That way you generate new blocks and remove the out of sync status.

2) here is the output of my getpeerinfo:

[
Code:
{
"addr" : "104.236.75.141:55097",
"services" : "00000001",
"lastsend" : 1447150875,
"lastrecv" : 1447150875,
"conntime" : 1447150873,
"version" : 90021,
"subver" : "/Satoshi:0.9.3/",
"inbound" : false,
"startingheight" : 187965,
"banscore" : 0
}
]

3) I managed to talk with yobit support in their trollbox. they told me they are syncing back their wallet. Nevertheless further support tickets should help to speed that up.
I also have one test deposit to yobit stucked in a limbo.
4) new exchange. Sure why not. Any proposals/suggestions? Anybody have contacts with the exchanges to get FIND on a quicker listing path?

One more thing, Yobit, still has their FIND wallet in the maintenance mode. They ignored my tickets so far, but in case more people will bother them, they should fix it.

My ticket they ignored too.
ps. yobit is offline now =(

Perhaps we have to find another exchange.

Aww come on! That is just.... Damn it.

Wellp there goes that idea. I guess we're stuffed.

Edit: Oh, wait a second... Please tell me this works....
you probably have to wait until the wallet fully syncs. It seems that the wallet you had the access to, was the faucet wallet. Faucet distribution ended in January 2015 and the remaining coins were supposed to be burned. If that is true, as it seems from your screenshot, then we have to check for the remaining wallets: exchange wallet for the purpose of migrating from FindYouCoin and the bounty wallet. Having explorer up and running this process would be much easier.
I was going to check with the remaining wallets but the blockchain is taking forever to sync.
can you please double check with the blockexplorer which addresses do you have and which funds are out of control?

We achieved the first thing on our list.
Now, we have to check the wallets with the burned coins, and development funds as these are the top in rich list.

www.multifaucet.tk ask GrinZ and he might help you out.
thanks. I already sent him a pm. let's see if we get anywhere.
edit: got the response, it is 0.01BTC/month.
If anybody is interested in co-funding, pm me.

just PM me the addres I can send 0.01 for the first month
I added my 0.01 and already sent an application. I hope FIND coin will soon have the block explorer back, as a first step.
Once this is achieved we can perform a sanity check.

A quick update on block explorer. I contacted with block explorer providers and the cost of such services is $55 per 6 months or $100 per year, payable in BTC.
Do we know any cheaper alternatives? Are people who popped up recently in this thread willing to contribute to get the block explorer?

For some reason the -rescan command doesn't do anything so I am unable to check the balance of these addresses:

FZiNhLs9kZbT3nDTFqgpcVo7aTGBdcmGRw

FhKKwkwbq3m5VGCDsQjdZmhK1TmxBHHEaT

I'm pretty sure we have none... Sad
probably until we don't get the explorer up and running we won't be able to fully check that.
That is why this should be of the highest priority, if we want to bring this coin back to life.
