Dev,How about is Airdrop? 
so your account needs to be a year old, the issue there is my original account is like 3 to 4 years old but got hacked and now cant get back and have this account it has been some time now but not sure if a year or not
So in order to get the air drop, all you need is a bitcointalk account with the minimum requirements as mentioned in the first page,if that is the case then it is really cool,but how to counter users with multiple accounts,i think you should make things difficult for those users,i am really looking forward for the details.

I see the coins take 620 blocks to mature. The rewards are just over 1 coins per block. I think there is a serious risk for the chain to get stuck.

how much the pre-sale price??
We do not sell any WACoins, but you can ask to miners, or to people who are receiving Airdrop in this hours on Slack, Facebook, Telegram or here. They are first WACoins owners, because 520 blocks have already been mined and they could be interested in selling privately some WAC.Keep in mind, as already pointed out by somebody, that WACoins is rare by its nature if compared to others coins, so don't expect big deals.
