I'm running quite a few, I don't use a conf file I just create and start from wallet buttons. Could you please post some sort of simple guide on how to run masternodes?

Now you need a config file. It quite simple, go to your GenesysCoin folder in Roaming - create a .conf file (masternode.conf) or (genesys.conf - if you did not reserve all your Total coins from Staking - but use stake=0).
Then put the info of each Skynode you create - You need to Hit "Get Config" Tab to get each Skynode config information.

I'm running the latest version and my internet is fine, I think it may have something to do with my masternodes not sure what though Roll Eyes

hmmm! there are ~10 nodes hardcoded into the Wallet and all main nodes are running v1.3.5

oooh! You really didn't have to send your coins on exchange because of this Update - it is meant for
those running Wallets v1.0.0 and v1.2.0 to Mandatory Update - Now if exchange is running one of those OLD wallets version,
you will have to wait that they get on the latest version 1.3.5 before sending your coins back to your new Wallet.
So please make sure Exchange is running at least v1.3.1 or higher before transfering your coins - just for precaution.

Thankyou to both of you for your quick replies. I do have an old laptop which I could install the wallet on to. I will look in to doing this tomorrow. Thanks again. Thought I was going to lose them for a moment

No you wont lose your coins, you can just download new wallet and continue on. But if you have your wallet off, you are losing on Staking - do you have a spare computer
on which you can install Ubuntu? so you can use the Linux Wallet to stake your coins and at the sametime you will be protecting the GenesysCoin Network.
You definitely need to have your wallet on in some ways - the network depends on everyone Staking their Wallets. Thanks!

You won't lose your old coins, but if you're staking and you're on a fork everything you earn going forward needs to be with the new wallet. Dev can correct me if I'm wrong.
