No, it didn't fail because it doesn't even started. Both pre-sale and ICO doesn't have a specified date yet. It seems that the last update here was last September 17. They have no blog and only active in slack (no idea if same in telegram), but I do hope they update on twitter and facebook as well so that supporters have an idea of what's already going on.

PS. It's annoying and a bit bothersome to stay in slack (in general) because of users that are sending phishing links.

Too much banking projects again and yet i couldn't any trusty ICO. Investing on ICO project is somehow too risky when all of your hardworks gone to vain. I wonder if this one related to PESObit before or somehow?

Yes the ICO should be starting soon. If you sign up for the email you will be notified of the start. They are allowing pre-ICO investments of a 10 ETH min

The slack doesn't have too much in the way of info but there are a few posts and links to medium article on the Telegram channel

I am waiting for few days too. Maybe have to hang around longer in their slack for more updates.

The ICO and Pre-Sale will come.

The team is currently working very hard to come into compliance with all the new recent developments in the crypto world. When everything is finished, the pre-sale will be announced.

But the pre-sale should not be within the next few days, and will nonetheless be announced prior.

If you see messages from slack such as "Hero Pre-Sale has just started, here is contract address" it is fake, the tokensale will not be announced with a few hours beforehand. So please, do not send any kind of contribution to any ethereum address before triple-checking.

Since this project garnered a lot of interest, it unfortunately also lured a lot of scammers, so we all have to be careful.

Thank you for reminding us, please keep updated for the incoming pre-sale and ICO. I am waiting for them.
