Can't you create your own branch of Huntercoin on Github? Then all who are interested in developement can comment there?
The other option is to create a specific forum for the developers. I like freeforums.org, and I created a free huntercoin forum there. In the case of Datacoin a forum with a domain name (datacointalk) was created. After a few months they could not afford the fees, and the forum folded. So I prefer the freeforums website - Freicoin uses it, and they are still going strong.
I will give active posters who join huntercoin.freeforums.org Administrator rights, especially Snailbrain, thecoder, MithrilMan, tuto etc. Mind you, if
www.huntercointalk.com is free and if Snailbrain and thecoder have admin rights there then it is better to use it for development
My impression is that Huntercoin will have a lot of developers, and that a developers forum (like with Bitcoin) will be warrented.
I'm developing it from scratch, it's not a fork or a modded version, it connect to a running instance of huntercoind to do his job so mine client is a game that talk with a service layer (huntercoind) to do things
one thing that i share because i can't obtain it from huntercoind is the map layout, i've worked to import it in my project
i can even decide to upgrade the graphics and maybe in the future i will
about the place where to talk about it, i really don't care where but of course it should be a reliable place and with visibility, i can even host it on my host space if i want but I'd rather go where the community would prefer
