They comply to SEC requirements and they are already successful on meeting the requirements. Airtoken is the first Security Token that comply with SEC. As I mention above, the token contract was frozen because they are still waiting on Regulatory guideline. Trading the token on unregulated exchange was illegal.
About the Airfox, they rebrand to Banqi. Banqi app is the product of Airfox which is the reason why they are acquired by Via Varejo. A Giant Retail company in Brazil.
I already informed the Airfox team about the situation of there ANN thread here. They will make a new updated thread soon.

Wait again for the token contract unfrozen most probably when SEC approve the papers of Airfox to become a compliant security token. Regarding the fee on Hitbtc, It really sucks bro. The exchange is a real fraud that's I never deposit my token there.
Once token contract unfrozen. Just email the support of hitbtc to transfer your airtoken to your desired wallet address. But for now, The only thing you can do is to WAIT which every investor do. Join on there telegram channel dude.

many tokens used to be good and are now drastically down although the project is still ongoing and hopefully the water tokens project will rise again at a much better price

As I've said before. Join on there official telegram channel to be updated because the OP of this thread is not active anymore and Airfox don't have any official representative
to entertain question here. I'm just a normal community member of Airtoken that want to share some update.
Regarding on coinmarketcap. The token contract is frozen due to SEC order. The will unfreeze it once SEC approves there license to operate.
They will not listed again on Hitbtc since it's not a compliant exchange for Security token. The closest exchange that might there target is Tzero.
Airfox is aiming to become the first Security Token that SEC compliant so waiting the approval will take time.
