They are showing huge advancement in development which we can see from the latest update. I never sold my AIR tokens because they never gave up working in spite of all the situation through what they went last year. There is light in darkness for those who didn't loose grip on these tokens. hopefully they will succeed in whatever they are trying to acquire.

AIR token is on BitUniverse trading platform that was the last announcement on the second day of the new year. This is something I saw after long time about token and it gave me hopes that my investment is still in existence. It will appear on CMC once again sometime in future that can be expected now. By the way SEC in going after other ICO's which collected money in US in 2017 so AIRFox is in best position. They have settled the issue already so it is more reliable now in changed situation.

They were fined by SEC and were ordered to refund the investors those would file the claims. But the form if you look with required information it seems that hardly 10% of ICO investors will get money back or will claim. They raised money but took too much time to deliver for this SEC caught them and then reached at settlement on these conditions I mentioned above.

if they truly raised $15M, then even if they got trouble with SEC, they should clear all their responsibilities and move forward. so many investors trusted them and with this kind of market, that's already a big feat to raise that amount of money. and they should at least give an official statement to be fair to the community. so no one is speculating negative things towards them.
