No, the user has given this reference which in Google has found the reference to this website and whether has asked official is the website.

I think user might have an internet connection which is not fast and that may drive this bug experience also there might be more junk and cache in the system.

I agree with you mate. If the problem is about internet speed then why all of us are experencing the same issue? I have a fast internet speed which this is really a problem that they should be fix.

If their site is brokwen, then how would the team work their project if they can't acxess it too? I hope the devs would address this and fix the issue fast or it will destroy their image in the ICO.

I think that there are some technical fixes right now, and that's why the site may not work properly. but it will all disappear over time. I'm certain for some reason. and with the site everything will be fine.

Back in early 2017, this domain ( www.cargocoin.io ) belongs to a project called cargocoin and it was about providing a decentralized and distributed high performance NoSQL database backed by a blockchain ledger. but it disappeared after new months.

Well, you are really right with that buddy. The team should take a look and resolve this matter for prevention from confusing the people around and most especially the investors that really trust this project. But furthermore, I will keep looking this project for more news and updates.

Team was actively engaging even with the special announcements and we have to also connect with their other official channels to know the recent updates and their workflow.

Maybe this problem is an only because of the overload of the site visitors that the server cannot handle anymore. Or DDOS attack I think. But let us wait for the further answer of the admins and devs regarding on the issues. Please don't make a false accusation without any hard evidence.
