I think that since the market is down,the activity in this community is also gone down and that doesn't look like good.

True, because this had happen to me. After it has been available on the exchange, I hold the tokens from my bounty then after 2 week to 1 month the coin just dump big! And I felt confused and sad.

That's true, postponed is not a good action to do. It is better to continue it eventhough slowly but surely. This is the time we're we can see and know how the team handle different situations such as the market down. This is where we can know how active and dedicated the team on their work. Its low because of what's happening to the crypto world right now. I think people will be increasing again after the market will recover next year i think.

I agree. Also, this year is the worst year for those people who have invested in cryptocurrency at the early months of 2018. They are totally feel bad now since the market condition is not getting better even if the year end is closely coming. Well, everyone is hoping to make that happen because crypto community members probably are losing a lot of of their asset as I presume. Cargocoin is still making a lot of development and still in their ICO stage so we should wait for their big announcement.
