I'm not sure if they just add that on their website recently, but it was there now.

for minimum investment pre sale 3 ETH and crowdsale 0.1 ETH, would be a consideration because the amount on pre sale is large enough
pre sale starts in 12 march with bonus 40% while crowdsale will be divided into three tiers, with bonus from 25%, 15% and 10%

Is this still up to date?

I saw dogezer ICO doing almost a similar thing but they had a lot of issues regarding their product. Beta wasn't even out during public sales.
Alpha was out 6 months before ICO for enkidu. So i decided to stick with them

I did not find any and I believe to have read that there are none.
However, with such an idea, you can count on copycats coming in.

One can just hope that the team is using theyre first mover advantage up and keeping their pace
