We are moving to the end of this year which disclosed many scam projects and many people experienced loss of money. There was huge lesson for many people to learn and be prepare for next year. Don't believe in words and glittering things this is best example of too good to be true. Those who studied scam projects of the year. Now should be able to make difference between legit and fancy paper tigers.

I think this will be a good info for people who bought using a credit card.
Yesterday I have read on Telegram that somebody got chargeback lately from Visa. So there is still chance even if you purchased ENV tokens with your CC. This person claimed that Finma case is enough reason for the bank to give back the money. So if they ask why just tell that they are scammers and already Finma has started a case against them and you should get your money back which is great, I think.

Damn! Things are really messy here, i mean, because of fraudulent act like this that makes people scared of crypto, imagine this terrible act of dishonest on the part of the envion team, a total disregard for investors and supporters of the project, i hope the sec can do their job properly and give this perpetrators what they deserve.
this is why sec is making their move and capturing who made fraud with investor through ICOs envion was big project and its ICOs was good enough. envion team gathered 100 millions in the ICO so defiantly envion team have to answer their participant that what they do with their money or have to refund it.
i agree that big part of crypto community is out due to fraudulent in most ICOs and it impacts on the market very negative

At stake there is here also the credibility of the non-crypto society, tha same folks which breaks the balls all the time for regulating here and regulating there, but then, when it has the duty of persecuting some real and proven cheaters, becomes suddenly very inefficient.

So that refund also means if you sold at a loss? Because it is a security token.
If you bought in the ico for 1btc env then bought what was worth $ 20,000 as an example. That with the current value you get about 5 bitcoin $20,000 back?
But if you sold at a loss you have the right to get back the other amount you lost.
Paragon has also heard this in court that they must give back 27mil. It was looked at dollar and that must be paid in crypto at the current value in dollars. even if you had sold at a loss, you got that difference back

Is there any positive news about refund maybe I missed to read this. There is no chance for this project to make come back it has been marked as big scam. I think they have to make the refund with the same way like people invest in it.

In my opinion there is no chance for envion to stand up again in crypto market.
If we talk about refund then they will refund in btc or eth, let's see when investors will receive refund! we are almost in 2019.

Sorry to day that, but the promises from envion were wrong from the start one, the math was wrong. It was calculated as the units were produced instantly - which is impossible. The more money was given to them the lower (!!) the ROI in the first year would've been, because all that money has to be converted into units first. And they were so slow in the process, that they were unable to proof any running units after months have passed.
The failure of envion was obvious in january '18 - at least IMO. Show me otherwise.
It is incredible what happened with Envion. In the middle of Europe, Germany these guys has stolen more than 100 million dollars and there is no any outcome. It is unbelievable. I put a lot of efforts for the bounty and all efforts is just wasted and a lot of investor lost their hard earned money. That is modern organized crime.
Incredible is the right word. Germany and Switzerland, where their company was registered, are supposed to be some of the most honest countries IN THE WORLD and the fact that thieves who have stolen over 100 million dollars are getting away with that instead of rotting now in some prison is simply untollerable. If the judicial system fails to actually deliver justice one cannot be surprised if and when victims end up looking for alternative ways to get justice.

Still, we don't have any news from team or from the concerned sources whether they are going to refund or not. There are many people lost hope on this envion team due to no repose from them or update from them.

more than $ 100 million USD ?? means that this is a very successful ICO because it managed to collect that much money, but then ended up being a scam project? this is very crazy, they must be punished and return investors' funds

I think we should at least expect that Envion team will return investments to their investors. But we shouldn't even expect that they can pay rewards for bounty hunters.
