Sorry to day that, but the promises from envion were wrong from the start one, the math was wrong. It was calculated as the units were produced instantly - which is impossible. The more money was given to them the lower (!!) the ROI in the first year would've been, because all that money has to be converted into units first. And they were so slow in the process, that they were unable to proof any running units after months have passed.

The failure of envion was obvious in january '18 - at least IMO. Show me otherwise.

Here's is one scenario which Matthias Woestmann found very inspiring:

Envion is liquidated and ICO investors (not exchange purchasers) get money back.

You invested 1 BTC when it was worth $18k.  That was exchagned for fiat at, let's say, $12k.

Envioin now purchases BTC with fiat at $6500 and pays  and van Aubel) when company is liquidated.  Woestmann pockets millions of clean money for his efforts at destroying the company.

All the chatter you hear supporting liquidation is Woestmann pushing to walk away with investor money.

Latest info on case against CEO and the founder's fight to recover control of the company.

The Cantonal Court of Zug Switzerland has ruled that envion is to be liquidated.  The founders are working to reverse this ruling as the decision was made because of obstruction and lies by Matthias Woestmann.  Woestmann prevented auditors from communicating with Trado GmbH and the founders, and lied about the founders’ willingness to provide data to auditors.

Loool all nonsense.. if you join telegram chat, the founders channel, they talk openly how they also contribute to other projects and have done so well before Envion.

Laurent is an advisor to Rise, as they have to do some work now that everything with Envion is still under investigation. The criminal CEO and his lawyer crooks prevented the founders team to do any useful work for the company. You want them to sit around do nothing? They openly share info about what team members are contributing to what project until Envion is regained back. On top of that, they are also fighting in courts for us investors and the company.

Maybe somebody smart will be in charge and payout ETH instead of FIAT.

so what now? Envion gets liquidated? Get prepared for ETH dumping hard, when some genius trustee decides to exchange the whole envion capital for payback.

Very stupid decision from the court they should appoint blockchain expert who implement the smart contract for refund. This is very complicated and lengthy process to get our funds from this ICO as so many people already sold this token on a big loss because of this scammy practice.

Now it is completely waste because we won't get any dividends from the Envion team because they scammed the people by showing fake promises to the investors. Now i think it is best option to move away from this project.
