There is no investor protection what so ever and this is just not acceptable.
In addition to many ICOs spam, it should be considered that most of those involved in crypto project management do not have enough experience to implement a project even if huge sums are raised in the ICO. This is the case of Envion. Good luck.

Once there are proper regulations, ico's are subjected to proper scrutiny, scam project are been brought to justice for misappropriation of public funds, only then will there be confidence in investors and mainstream institutions. It is never easy to lose money.
This project totally lack vision to execute such huge amount of money realized effectively. Too bad.

Just when SEC regulations will implement some rules to protect investors, there will be really one good market for crypto space investments without being stolen. Damn! Ico's nowadays are making things more difficult for investors and making them loss faith, it appears all ico's have to go through proper scrutiny, investors have to be extremely careful and do a thorough research if possible before given away their hard earned money to disguised scammers

In the coming years, we might see some good project launching which will help them to provide active developments. I don't see happy ending for all investors here even if the process of refunding starts not everyone will get paid. Specially those who picked this so-called gem token from exchanges considering themselves best buyers from dumpers. They will be second on list those get reckt in all this practice. There is no protection for late comers at all and this other problem.

Almost a year passed but we didn't see any kind of positive sign how to back our money from this scam. I don't think anybody we will get anything from this team even price of BTC already dropped dramatically low and this is also another problem.
a year passed almost from envion ICO finished. envion ICO ended on 10th jan 2018 i think and jan 2019 is almost arrivedthe whole crypto market is down if we compare the current price with a year ago price then there is huge gap between the price
market cap was upto 600 billion $ and right now its under 125 billion $
i was very positive about envion project during its ICO running but now people lost their money in that project

I had occasion to see a report on SEC's action on scam ICO's this year those raised multi millions dollars. Surprisingly investors succeeded to recover only $30 millions so far. This shows how complicated is to receive your own money back even if authorities have made this possible. Now you can imagine by yourself about Envion's situation based on the facts I shared with you all.

I also have seen this liquidator news and will see how things move ahead. People finally got rid of the so called founders and team. It still will remain to see how many people get refunded and how the whole process will be carried out. When everywhere is darkness a wave of light is always welcomed. Some people will get their money back at least if not all.
if people wants you get back their money they get only loss fro whom participated in the ICO through crypto investment when ico was going on in december 2017 then the price of eth and bitcoin was high and now everything in crypto fall down
so crypto investors get back their money in crypto with almost 70% down price

HitBTC delisted the envion token and other exchanges not removing EVN ($6k volume), maybe few guys still thinks that project will be survive. Less chance!
