I advise Envion ICO investors to sue the Envion founders and CEO for not producing the expected amount of MMUs and thereby not being able to provide the advertised ROI.

Demand your money back. The tokens are worthless if there are no mining operations. Focus on the funds they raised, which have not been used for their intended purpose.

For months Envion kept silent and pretended to be building MMUs. They have lied to you.

There have been lawsuits over much smaller Kickstarter projects that failed to deliver.

Kickstarter project sued, unveiling crowdfunding weakness
Last year, Washington State Attorney General filed a consumer protection lawsuit action against a Kickstarter project, Asylum Playing Cards.

In the original crowdfunding project, Altius Management raised $25,000 from 810 backers. The rewards for the campaign were set to be delivered in December 2012, but when the suit was filed in April, 2014, nothing had been sent.

Washington State filed a lawsuit against the company for failing to deliver their product and not offering refunds. The suit only applied to 32 people, the backers who lived in Washington state. The defendants were fined around $54,000, for restitution, civil penalties, and attorney’s fees.

That was a $25,000 fund raiser. The Envion ICO was over a $100 million fund raiser. Go figure.

The feud and lawsuit between the founders and Woestmann is irrelevant to the investors. Envion for all intents and purposes is forever dysfunctional. The only thing that matters, investors, is getting your money back.

Absolutely agree.
The filing of a lawsuit in court will force the organizers to stop the game with investors.

Trado statement on situation (Matthias Woestmann, Thomas van Aubel, Jutta von Falkenhausen) @envion

We need solution not only statement still this looking very complicated how to make comeback. This is really hard for all people who invested into fake promises but still no solution when they will give any solution to make it stable.

Do I understand correctly?
Money back will not be returned?
But at the best, will they really start doing the promised units?

I followed Envion from the start and finally did not invest. To many red lights. ROI that was not realistic. According to the plans just before ICO there should be at least 500 MMU 's fully functional by now. Production lines, parts all was ready for mass production in January 2018. The MMU showed in vids was not working, the second took ages to build... Sorry for all the people that invested 😣

This is the worst ico by far.

Even if said that, hey we scammed you and run away would be better than this situation.

Sorry for the people that put money in this.

Maybe you are right this is a bogus ICO but we can expect a stand from envion.
There is only one man who destroyed the envion by fraudulent activity. If envion investigate properly on this case then they can make a stand.
Well if they say to all that we scammed you then all they will be in trouble but it's not going to happen, be positive.  Smiley
I bought envion token at very low price, let's hope problem will be solve very soon.  Smiley

They should've been careful about the ideas the CEO offered, they should've been careful about thousands of people' trust.
Hope it'll resolve but they all made big mistakes...

Even if the problem once have been resolved. What is the potential that we are looking at for the token price to shoot up again.

Authorities in Europe have ruled that crypto mining is a financial service or better said AIF, an alternative investment fund. Basically to my understanding this is probably the end of envion as it renders their business model simply illegal, I guess they will have to pay back the money to investors, but not for sure, it might also just be distributed among the shareholders, I did not read the WP in this regard, maybe someone should do it to soon.

Interesting, but i am not sure how that renders the whole business model illegal, please explain if you have an insight on this.

Simply put, cryptomining is now a business that needs a AIF license allover Europe. To get an AIF license you need to fullfill many things, basically not doable for Envion. Also minimum investment is 50K EUR. You also need a licensed manager and must be iversight by a financial authority. In short there is no way Envion could possibly comply and there is also no way they can possible change the business model after the token sale. So I guess they will have to shut down. Main question is if the money then falls to the shareholders or tokenholders.
In my humble opinion the probem with the founderrs and MW are a joke compared to the AIF issue

This part of availability of tokens on exchanges and continuous trading is most complicated. There is no clarity what will be with opportunists who stepped in and grabbed dips ? Overall it seems that everyone will be pissed off early investors and later buyers but no one understands as possible outcomes are more than just one. I prepare myself for the bad results apparently this is visible but who knows if some good ending comes though chances are really little.

First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold
I typed this message here 3 weeks ago. Most of it has just come true
snip

For every  illegal token they sold, envion can now buy 6 tokens if envion sold all for $0.70. multiply that by 20.000.000 tokens = 120.000.000 tokens. With that, envion can now buy up all tokens while they do not have to spend a penny on it. It can still be a big tactic, which is part of the buisness plan. So watch out

This is something I thought about too. It is possible because only people who bought on exchanges will lose. They will have no place to go for help with this tokens. I heard this opinions lately about tokens sold on exchanges: "This is your gamble if you buy an ICO token".

Envion will swap 1:1 to not piss off investors because they have some legal rights and can look for justice in court. Finally, they make millions using this maneuver.

I'm still not 100% sure what will happen with tokens sold on exchanges. People who bought them really have no legal rights at all? Why? I think they can sue the company which listed this token on the exchange (if not P2P). If this token is fraud then somebody broke the law when listed on exchanges. Or not?
It would be great if somebody explains this in details.
Then tokens shouldn't be able to be transffered. And we are talking about value of EVN tokens not value of ICO investors.

I don't understand what you mean by " we are talking about value of EVN tokens not value of ICO investors"? Can you explain?

From what I know the money from ICO are not used and are deposited in a bank account. If this is the case then there will be no problem to give back investment to investors which are still holding their token or swap them. They have all detail from KYC. So better to hold and lose everything then miss the chance of swap or refund.

You should HODL until July, everything between now and then is just expected wobbles in the road. For whatever reason the CEO withheld the ICO funds from being released clearly is done so in the best interest of the company and the project otherwise why would he freeze the funds? So, EVN holders strap in, HODL as anything now amounts to speculation but they are there and are working towards the intended goal.

the CEO acquired controlling ownership in Envion AG (the holding company) against legally binding contract terms and tried selling the company (without founders knowledge) which would have moved us away from the whitepaper and endangered our investment. He still might. The founders are taking him and Van Aubel (his puppet master) to court to regain control. Still some risk, but we could return to sensible valuation if progress is made.

I hope something is done. For analyzing the market, the token that cost 1 $ is worth miser $ 0.124163 cents. If it takes too long, this token will not be worth anything, that is, dust Sad

I don't think someone at NYT is trying to pressure anyone. the journalist, Nathaniel Popper, covers crypto almost full time for NYT and is very skeptical

During the term of the loan agreement, the borrower undertakes not to dispose of the 81% of the shares in Envion AG without the consent of the issuer of the loan, in particular neither to transfer them to third parties nor to encumber them or to use them as collateral, and also in accordance with a voting agreement. vis-à-vis Envion AG to do everything legally permissible and necessary in order to maximize and not jeopardize the enforcement of the lender's conversion right and its economic content, in particular to exercise the voting rights accordingly.

I think there will be no good mining projects in the future. All mining ico have not gone well so far. Terraminer is also very bad. They are not good investments
