Yeah I agree, refund is a best solution in this situation. If they don't want to run this project anymore!
I am feeling unhappy about envion bounty hunters, who worked hard for this project but they got nothing.
This decision will be despondent in the rights of bounty hunters. This is a lesson for newbies, crypto is very risky and be alert.

There are only 2 good solutions for this problem

1. The locked tokens of the founders wallet and envion wallets must be burned.
