1% fee for a transaction, I don't think it's cheap, especially with some big transaction or with the retailers who do many transactions per day. Make it cheaper if you want to cooperate with more retailers

Seeing for my view about Eterbank is that. There is no chance on making this project to work since team don't response anymore lately.
You can try to go to their Telegram group which there are many active members there at really helps you when it comes asking questions about the project.
I have already joined their Telegam group and thank you for the answer mate. I was amazed that many members really are helping each.

How much transaction fee is applied for merchant and user please give information on that.
I think Eterbank charge 1$ transaction fee for every retailers used it. Also, Eterpay tokens give their users additional discounts if they use payment through Eterbank.
