Morgan Stanley analyst James Faucette and his team sent the research note “Bitcoin Decrypted” to clients a few days ago suggesting that the real value of Bitcoin might be $0.

The group of analysts conducted a study and came to the conclusion that there are several reasons why bitcoin doesn’t have any value. There are no interest rates associated with bitcoin rate, which, in the opinion of the analysts, proves that this is not a currency. Unlike gold, bitcoin cannot be used in the electronics or jewelry industry, despite the fact that investors attribute some value to it.

Moreover, the bitcoin payment system has faced problems with scaling and growth of transaction commissions. The daily volume of purchases is only $300 million versus $17 billion in the Visa system.

The president of Belarus recently signed a decree on digital economy development, including cryptocurrency payments and blockchain integration.

The news became a sensation because the decree introduces tax incentives for cryptocurrency operations and installs conditions for the use of cryptocurrencies and tokens. Over the course of the neext three months, the National Bank of Belarus will develop the legal foundation for further regulation of this sector.

It is remarkable, that Belarus is embracing bitcoin and blockchain technologies, aiming to become home for outstanding companies operating in this thriving industry. We believe that Belarus will meet everyone's hopes and become a real hub for cryptocurrency and blockchain based businesses.
