Do you think this is a good solution? It seems to me that everyone should do what he knows. I think that not always investors will be able to correctly determine which property to sell and which one to buy

What are these high-yield development projects?

At the end of 2018, the team is scheduled to launch the special high-yield projects in construction and renovation of high-ROI real estate. It means at least the profit of 20–25% per annum for owner of real estate or 50–75% of net profit when this real estate will be sold.
Is any real estate (land or buildings) owned presently, or any development contracts in place?

The money on  ICO is collected to buy real estate objects.

How many NES tokens will be released and when will they be released?

Simultaneously with the tokens GES we produce the utility-tokens NES in equal amounts. Buying the tokens GES, every investor receives the same amount of utility tokens as a bonus. The total number of issued NES tokens will be the same as the number of distributed GES tokens.

Good afternoon. What will happens to the tokens that werent sold on the ICO (in case there’re any)?


Good afternoon ! Unsold sale tokens (if they are left) will be placed in the reserve. They will be there until the full distribution between investors

Tell me what it means in the reserve? How can this be verified? Can not it work out so badly will it affect the price of the token?

The tokens from the reserve will be used to buy new real estate. If Genesis will want to buy new real estate object it will sell the nessecary sum of the tokens.
