The tokes work on blockchain. Fist of all blockchain help to collect money by selling tokens. And another very impotant think that the planform will buy real estate and rent it. All this deals will be done using blockchain and investors can check how real estate will use, what profit it will give. So blockchain makes clear and transparent all the deals and transactions with blockchain.
