I understand you have a lot of work and things to fix these days but it is very important form me, I've been every selling day trying to buy with no success, and now that it is almost finished and I could buy at least a few HBC it is not regulariced. I've more BTC in my account prepared for purchasing more HBC and want to use it.

Of course please give the system about 1-2 hours to make sure everything is right, after that you should be able to withdraw without any problems

You are right 5$ is not for most of the people but we want to give the chance to the believers so that they don't have to fight for the 250,000 every day over and over! You will see HBC soon at 25$ after the ICO and we hope that makes you happy!

When can you withdraw you BTC if you don't have any HBC. I have tried too many times to get HBC but always receive errors at the time of the ICO.
Just want to transfer back the BTC now. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm so disappointed with HBC. I signed up for the second round and wasnt even able to buy a coin and now I cannot withdraw my BTC because one need atleast bought their coin to withdraw that isnt even available. so frustrating, its so unfair. its not even their money, that's my money. that BTC in there costs a week of my salary it may not be much for you but it so much for me.

My money is stuck in there for no good reason.

Even though your platform succeed, i dont think i would want to push further and use Homeblock coin for my marketing campaigns. I even reported to them that they are marked as spam in facebook and yet no reply, so I cannot even post my referral link in there. With so much bad experience, i cant endorse a product that doesnt work well

When replenishing the BTC on HBC, I mistakenly chose another currency, namely BCC. The funds successfully came off my account and were credited to the HBC wallet number in another currency. Could you please suggest how I can get the private key from my bitcoin wallet on the HBC to determine this wallet as my own and get access to the BCC.
