Hi mCoin is connected and integrated to ONEm hybrid Platform. This allows mCoin to be connected to blockchain with the Internet and without using GSM Networks.
GSM Network is available on every single mobile, therefore in theory any mobile device can store, send, receive mCoins by simply sending commands via SMS interface offline.

because if they can't attain even their soft cap targets, this will be shelved and trashed

You know, we have all seen projects gathering huge amount of money, but that was last year, in 2018 it wont work out, at least until december comes

I like your project. one of your project that i like it is how to synchronizing both offline and online through the blockchain platform. You also had partnership with the biggest communication operator in Indonesia.

I think you should make more easily method for investement like accepting payment with ethereum or another cryptocurrency to get more investors, and you should thinking about the power of bounty campaign.
