I haven't read anything about whether the NapoleonX sale is restricted for US investors. Does anyone know whether it is?
Somehow I think that asia is more involved in pumping/buying coins post-ico, rather than buying ICOs. Europeans and US will probably be the main buyers in the ICO.

10 and a half more hours to go for the sale commencement. It's an ideal time for where I live, not long after I wake up. But it's pretty much guaranteed that the ICO will not sell out so there will be no issues if the US/European investors just purchase their tokens later.
