Ok, it seems stupid and not relevant but an ICO with less than 10% for the team and 80% for the users is quite wonderful !
The referrals also have 10%. It's quite generous !
For the use of proceeds : it's good to have so much in legal stuff when the ICO's are gaining attention from the media and the states day after day !

I like the idea of "users from around the world will be able to buy whatever crypto they wish using their own nation’s money". It means buying the specific crypto straight from your money. I've been a trader for almost a year. And as a trader, moving my crypto coins and tokens from exchanges to another is quite hard for me, it cost me so much with fees that every trader does experience.
