Agree that the authorities not so stupid to admit that they are unable to read some correspondence, because people will cease to write candid things.

Only if your servers are not in this country in which they want to decrypt your messages. Even if you can intercept the message you need to know the key to decrypt a message

but since the project offers a decentralized mobile messenger with encryption and microtransactions in it, it can help solve problems with translations and communication in countries with close attention of the authorities to the population or countries with high inflation.

The app is really very interesting, besides messenger there is a lot of functions. I'm waiting for its implementation on the apple. I'm sure that 90 percent of the time using the phone, I'll bespend time in paymon, as it includes a lot of features

Few days ago there is no Paymon page on Icobench. There is no too many people in Paymon telegram chats. For now they have 6k people telegram and 4.7 on Icobench. Nice movement for project with $8kk hardcap =)

i can stay it stay under radar, that's why i didn't pay attention about it. but it seems to change few days before the ico. it's a good things, people will more easily buy at ico following the recent progress

No, I think it a phishing becouse the pre-sale already ended. And all conditions ICO can be found on their website. There are no such bonuses there. Did you try to be registered in the white list? There all bonuses are specified.
