whether this project is devoted to the game ?
This whole project is devoted to the game. To answer your question, as much as how other free to play games that has premium items or VIP memberships, shadow tokens will be dedicated to the game as tokens that will help it's players gain advantage just by having some of it. Besides that, players who will hold this token will have a privilege or voting rights for the developments of the game which is quite handy.

As of now only two bounties are available. Signature and Translation bounties. But you need to be atleast member rank to join the signature campaign, maybe you can in the translation campaign but i doubt there's any slot available. Check their bounty thread to know if you are qualified.

There is no problem in the bounty program if you have sylon behind the bounty. It makes the project interesting is based on waves platform

A campaign I think is very unique, and I've never been to a campaign like this. Right now I am studying how to play this Shadow Era game, if later found bug then I will immediately report it. Currently has about 1 million players who download this game in playstore

I joined the campaign because I too love to play online games plus its use multi platform which is really good. I will test this game and we'll see if I will enjoy it

It will be a success for sure, I think the idea of this project is quite unique, since it is a token connected to a trading card game. There is no need to hope, because this coin will have a real world use, and it will be a success depending on how the team handles it but so far they are handling it good. Correct me if im wrong, As I perceive it, this token will also be used in game? 
It feels like I was a kid when I've seen the interface of the shadow token because I'm a fan of YU-GI-OH when I was in grade school and when I've seen the interface I thought that it's the same game. Good luck.
