you don't understand the system. smartbillions jackpot payout is like many other popular lotteries, powerball for example. the winner of the 1 billion jackpot can withdraw 50% of the current jackpot per month. the winner will get his billion, but not all at once.
What about if there is 5 winner per year, and there is enough sales to increase the jackpot by US$ 10,000,000 every month.
How long it would take for each winner to get a billion ? 5 life would be enough
?!Concept is great and will buy some token after the ICO (during the dump) if the team raise more than $10,000,000
