It was some time ago actually. They fixed the bug found and made contract better. Then they held another hackathon with 1500 ETH again in the contract. Now they have a BETA out already.

How to PLAY:
1. Please log in to your Metamask wallet using Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Edge
2. Choose your ticket value. Please enter a value between 0.001 – 1 ETH
3. Choose your 6 lucky numbers, each between 0-15. Please keep in mind that the number order matters. To win you must hit at least 2 numbers.

6. Wait for the transaction to be mined

The project looks awesome. But I'm wondering about author's real purpose. I still don't know why they want to be anonymous.

That's why I made a short research:

According to https://www.whois.com/ domain smartbillions.com was registered by the same people as adshares.com

https://www.whois.com/whois/smartbillions.com
https://www.whois.com/whois/adshares.net

So, probably SB project is leading by the same people as Adshares project. If I'm right it is a good information. Because they look like professionals.
