You are right. That's why some people will invest in a last minute, they want to make sure that the hard cap is far away and they get more worth for their investment

the hard cap is so high ,if hit the hard cap is diffcult in this time not not good for investor ,i also hope the project will success even not hit harcap

well, to new year will growth of bitcoins is predicted to 9k, it's clear that there will be a correction, but in general, we see growing tendency only upwards. SOMA appeared in a very good time I think so

I agree, there are investors who prefer to buy tokens in the last minute, they study the project to the end.
I think in this case the best incentive would be a system of bonuses: the earlier you buy - you get more bonus
