After press masternode start, the debug console show: successfully started masternode. But i don't see anything in my masternode tab. May i missing any steps ?

Yes, you just need to install wallet in another folder too and use command line to launch it. It is simple on Windows. You can check this guide for it https://github.com/TokugawaCoin/Tokugawa/blob/master/Tokugawa%20Single%20and%20Multiple%20Masternodes%20setup%20Guide%20.txt
