 The scope of this audit was to analyze and document VLB’s token contract codebase for quality, security, and correctness.

 The VLB Crowdsale contract is a stable, sane contract with good protections, and a sensible tranche system that closely matches the documented version available in the whitepaper.

 The VLB Vault is a well written contract with no major issues, handling the state of the contract in a safe, sane manner, allowing for one of two branches to be executed at any time, ensuring that the vault state can not be changed between closed and refund enabled.

 The Hosho team has been very pleased working with the VLB team, and their interest and eagerness to both comply with ERC-20 expectations, as well as adding good cleanup functions to the code.

Have a look at the bonus structure. It is possible to have only 10 percent less bonus with a min investment of 1eth (instead of 100eth). This is great in my oppionion, in other cases it would be 40+ percent bonus for 100eth presale.

That's not a bad idea.. you would need an escrow for this. Else there would be 2 much trust-issues I guess.

With this bonus, early investors immediately after ICO will sell tokens cheaper to make a profit. And these sales will last a long time, the price of the tokens will go down. Small investors are not profitable to buy on ICO even with bonuses, especially in recent periods.

On what will spent income from the ICO? For the development of our own blockchain, on software development for industry players and further expansion of the existing ecosystem CarFix. And also attracting new members worldwide ,not only in Russia and USA
