Hi why did this Ico set hard cap too high? Will investors have profit if this ico reach that hardcap? 
If it hits the hard cap it shows demand so probably rise after ico.

it is indeed but most of the vehicle owners will be having a hard time understanding the project.
Once vlb goes mainstream, people will use it like using uber app.

No, why they would be having hard time to understand the project? They are into cars and even they had bought cars without knowledge later on as they uses their cars, they'll learn most of it's technical things. And about the blockchain technology that VLB wants to innovate, only people that doesn't have an idea on what will be this project is all about are the ones that can't understand it. Everything can be learned and with great offer of VLB it will be fine during it's run.

Where you want to implement your project in real life? I mean in which country?
First in Russian and United States. And then other countries.Hope that you will succeed on spreading this great project around the world. This technology will really help from car manufacturer up to the car owner with its great system. Blockchain technology will help us solve this problem, great job for the team.

Interesting, but a huge caveat: being a Russian based company will block every attempt to touch the US manufacturers (current situation with Russia is tough, and measures have been taken agains Russia: The US will not let their Carindustry deal with these people based on the "EXPORT CONTROL" regulations.
Due to Russia’s occupation of the Crimea Region of Ukraine, Bureau of Industry and Security (US) has imposed export restrictions targeted at Russia’s energy and defense sectors. Subsequently, BIS expanded its military end use and end user controls to impose a license requirement on various items that may not otherwise require a license if the exporter has knowledge that such items may be used by military end users or for military end uses in Russia.
It applies to vehicle technology too, especially control of the lifecycle from production to use. (production of cars is a high-tech industry, and the car industry in general is uber-protected by the US)

According to the whitepaper, the biggest cost savings comes from warranty costs due to poor dealer / repair shop management and processes. It refers to this web page:

I don't understand it too, however it's true that there's no trasparency about the spare parts market, as far as we know a repair shop can put in your car second handed spare parts and you can do nothing about it
I still do not understand the relation between that article and the 105 USD too high warranty costs per customer. There is nothing about repair shops defrauding with spare parts in the article.

The visibility of VLB continue to raise, its very nice, the community is really supportive and a lot of people are interested about the project and want to join. I think VLB has a big potential for the future, VLB can become very huge.
