Agreed, in North America you can find places with variable weather conditions, also each state has its own traffic rules, which is perfect for testing.

I've read some statisitcs. In the Untied States of America 268.8 million vehicles were registered in 2016. The figures include passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, and other vehicles. The number of cars sold in the U.S. per year stood at 6.3 million in 2016.
