How the interviews happen?

The availability of high-bandwidth internet connections and the advent of web-enabled video conferencing have made video conferencing very cost effective in conducting online interviews with candidates. Using web-enabled video conferencing, the job seeker and hiring manager can see and hear each other as they interact.

Who interviews who?


Here is an example to explain the protocol. The protocol chooses a senior candidate A with 5+ years on blockchain to interview a junior with 2 years of Blockchain experience B. The interview process will consist of technical, soft skills and behavioral skills. Candidate B is rated by A on different parameters on a Likert Scale. Once the process is completed B receives a Blue Tick. Post which a background verification will be conducted by PTC using a service provider specializing in the eld. Once passing the background verification, B receives a blue and a green tick. This allows employers to save cost on lengthy verications and hiring.
