Exactly, you're right this would be a cool marketing move. The problem is that few people have the VR equipment to apply it this way.

I have not heard anything about such restrictions. I think any thing becomes harmful if you use it in inadequate quantities. Most likely for different ages there will be different restrictions on the time of using VR technology.
