Incent would be an example of a project that has largely moved away from using Bitcointalk on a regular basis.   The only reason that I spotted your message was because Incent has a BitcoinTalk thread in their Slack that posts the text of new replies.  Incent's latest tweet is in fact an invitation to join their Slack.

Exactly. We have (fortunately) moved away from bct so if you have questions, ask on Slack. It may take a while longer for posts here to be answered.

There is not going to be much activity on that exchange in terms of Incent.  It was once the first exchange to list Incent, after the token was first created.   I would suggest that you look at Bittrex instead.   Also, it was simply very bad luck for anyone to have bought almost anything in crypto in early January.   That is a general fact, and is not strictly related to Incent.   
Ok, so how is Incent Loyalty project performing itself?

 when i try to withdraw and I have opened a ticket a week ago with no response yet Sad all info is filled correctly

I managed to do it from 'transfer out' menu on the profile page. Mine is also confirmed on the site with a txid but not yet sent. When will that happen guys?

I assume you have fully verified your account including e-mail and SMS?

If that is the case and you still have not received your tokens, I need you to create a support ticket at https://bitscan.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals. Our customer support will then take care of it.

Ensure that you are checking the Transactions tab when you are logged into your Waves wallet, since the main assets page does not list any information related to Waves tokens.   For those, you need to go to the Portfolio tab.    Sorry for that very simple observation, however many people who are unfamiliar with the Waves wallet do miss that point.    

There could be a delay between the time you get your confirmation email and the tokens are actually sent to your address.   You might need to way 48 hours or so before they arrive.   If they do not arrive, please open a support ticket from your Incent Loyalty account page.

Yes, one of the problems encountered was the case where certain telephone numbers were not recognized as being cell phone numbers which could receive text messages.   In certain instances, numbers were incorrectly identified as being landline only, and unable to receive text messages.   So in that case you would need to open a support ticket from your Incent account page and have verification worked on manually.

Yes, there is no need to transfer your Incent at this time.   You can just keep it as is.  There was some misunderstanding about this earlier, but Jins clarified this point in Slack, that there is no specific reason to do anything at the moment.  Unless you wish to transfer your Incent today.   But you can also wait to do it some other time.   The only real piece of information to take note of is that the Incent Toolbar, in the form you are familiar with, will no longer be functional.   It is being taken offline.   It will be redesigned to work in a different way.   This will also give the team time to fix the bugs that were plaguing the toolbar experience towards the end of the run.
