Wow. This is innovative. So it would be like VPN or tor?
More like a decentralized VPN. The aim is to become a core component in distributed network layer. By substantially lowering the price of IPs and solving the IPs accessibility and availability problems, IPSX is aiming to become a key building ecosystem for all the fields that require larger or smaller.
I think that this project is not orderly. I think it's worth waiting for more technical information to appear in this thread. I am interested in learning more. This can become a popular thing.

Well if you're renting your IP address you get paid. So $$.
If you need IP addresses (For VPN, testing sites etc) then you can get them easily.
