Any chance to get in on the airdrop as a newbie here on bitcointalk ? did all the steps hoping to get lucky.

posting replys till you're a junior member  Wink
you need 30 activity and can only get 14 activity maximum in 2 week period so can't do that in time.

Oh you're right. Just possible if your newbie account is older than a month, in such a case you can gain more than 14 activity in 2 weeks.

The whole process only cost me 0.006 RADS. Does that sound right?

0.0015 for the identity registration
0.0045 for the file

ANNOUNCEMENT:

In generating the list of verified participants we noticed that many of you have inserted all-capitalised public key addresses.  Both public keys and private keys are case-sensitive. After some investigation, it appears that certain web browsers (Safari & Chrome) rendered the private and public keys in all-caps. For Edge and Firefox users there should not be a problem (but you should check just in case).

What this means is that participants may have to generate their keys again,  so that we have valid addresses to send the airdrop to. We have produced a list of users who inputted all-capitalised addresses.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/17tDTgNumsgYQtTzhc4J82s5yVwFIf6_sPw-qts8g4Qg/edit?usp=sharing

If you are on this list, and still wish to participate in the airdrop, you must go to http://kekcoin.co/airdrop/ and complete steps 2, 4, 5 and 7 ONLY again (this should take about a minute).

The issue has now been resolved and all future participants must proceed as usual. We will work hard to ensure all participants who have been validated will receive their airdrop.

TOO LONG DIDN'T READ:  Check if you are on the list of invalid addresses. If so, re-do steps 2, 4, 5 & 7 ONLY and save your new public and private keys (this should take about a minute).

I have downloaded the wallet from
https://github.com/JJ12880/SmartChain/releases/download/3.1/SmartChain_Mercury_x64_3.1.exe

Clicked on exe files and it was downloading radium core
100% completed

Now a new window appears and it started to download block chain image
But after a while , new error occured.

An exception occurred during the operation, making the result invalid.  Check InnerException for exception details.

What to do ?

What happens to the remaining coins if we don't hit 600 accounts? Will everyone get 10,000 or will the amount go up? Interesting project.

Yes you are encouraged to do the .txt file verification again but it will be pretty obvious to us which addresses are the correct ones to send to. We will do further checks using the PMs sent to us as part of the validation process.

Completed steps 2 and 7. Hopefully the dev team verifies through private message or some other means the addresses. Otherwise someone could start claiming others airdrops.

Have repeated steps 2 and 7 as advised.

However, just wanting to confirm that we ARE NOT required to perform steps 4/5 again? The previously signed records we have uploaded contain our old incorrect public keys and this is OK - we don't need to resign a new record with our new public key?

Thanks.

Ah shit! I didn't see that you only had to do 2 and 7, I did all steps 2-7... whoops
