A week ago I bought a small amount of Komodos and put them at my Agama wallet. I watched how the earned interest amount increases. Today I surpassed 1 Kmd in interest. I know not much but enough for me  Smiley Now I question myself when the interest is credited to my Komodo balance. Do I have to do something or happens it automatically? If last holds, when is it credited? Thanks a lot for helping me.

Whenever you create a transaction the interest accumulation will reset. It's enough that you make this once a year.
When you send a transaction from that address, your wallet will subtract the amount of earned interests at the fee amount, resulting in this difference to be credited to your address with the same transaction.
ATTENTION, BE AWARE that this will not work with the latest komodo swing wallet resulting in the interests to be credited to the notary node or mining pool that will mine this transaction.

Still not understood what happens to the interests when one year elapsed

I would like to know who mined this block

4 days (and counting) to put out a fix for a critical error...

It is not a "critical error", the KMD platform is sound and secure.

You have had several months to claim your coins from the ico site so dont spit your dummy out because its been down a few days.

Exactly haha, in Basilisk mode tx would not process, so I tried starting a full node to much chagrin.
What's up with not being able to download the proving key, though?  I left it going overnight...

KomodoPlatform
Simple question:
What with people which couldn't register at ico.komodoplatform.com site before 6/2(friday)/2017 and  as a consequence can't participate in JUMBLR snapshot?
they can buy KMD on exchanges like bittrex , then send it to agama wallet.

Hi Hansen, I think godis is talking about something different. I believe god is would like to do a payout but couldn't get into the ICO site due to whatever the current issue is. Apologies if I misunderstood.
yes, I was just suggesting a solution in case godis wants to get in the snapshot and the ico website isn't ready.

The formula is that a notary node makes about 80x the price of KMD per day, so as the price keeps going up, this starts becoming real money.

Congratulations to notary node guys, you are doing good work and making good money now, and great money soon!!!

Should I download the client to move my coins or can it be done from the online wallet?
you can request a payout direct to an exchange deposit address

Hi jl777,

Do I transfer GMC seed words to developers?
I should get the appropriate KMD for the price.
OK, we can do that as it will be some time more before boogieman gui will reappear

PM me address and amount, but nothing else yet. I will see what i can do to solve this

Thank you for your charity.
I sent the information with a message.

Imagine a world without banks.......
Hi where I can find wallet for Komodo, and I have noticed that there will a distribution of token for owner of Komodo? What's token that Will be distributed and when?

keep an eye on this page: https://supernet.org/en/products/komodo-swing-wallet

We will publish a new wallet there. We expect it to work without any issues and people are able to send KMD.

Agama is still in early development phase, and needs time

5 % of JUMBLR token will be distributed to all KMD holders. Snapshot will happen June ~13th and distribution itself one week after that.

it's good to see this notice but I want to know when is the komodo wallet with the seed released ? because I want to transfer my address from Agama app to komodo wallet .

This coming Swing Wallet release will have a swing import function.

Hello,

I've got some issues with the Komodo wallet. I've tried to install the new komodo-swing-wallet, what worked, but I don't understand how to use it.

1.) Before I used Agama in Basilisk Mode and transfered some of my KMD sucessfully to another adress. Now I cannot enter anymore as it is loading without an end. How can I start the newest Agama automatically in Basilisk Mode? I think it is downloading or trying to download all the blockchains of diferent coins.

2.) If I use now the new komodo-swing-wallet, is there a Basilisk Mode? If not, how or with what app can I still use this mode? I have just my seed, as I never used Komodo in native mode (downloading the full blockchain). The team allways say to backup the wallet.dat. Where is the wallet.dat of the agama.app that I used in Basilisk mode?

3.) When I just installed the komodo-swing-wallet, is it possible that it overrided my existing wallet.dat (without asking) and I lost all my KMD?

4.) How can I use my Seed now do get my KMD? I can not enter the key in komodo-swing-wallet, it says it is wrong, or is the private key the seed?

Don't overwrite or lose your wallet.dat. Always take an extra backup if you are unsure.

Unless you need to immediately move your funds I recommend that you wait for the coming Swing Wallet release.

1) wait that we release it here: https://supernet.org/en/products/komodo-swing-wallet
2) once it's released, download and launch the wallet
3) it will have seed import, you just enter the seed you used in Agama Wallet's Basilisk Mode and you will have your coins in the Swing Wallet

The wallet should work without any issues.

this is grate for now because i have a lot of problems with agamaWallet... but i would like to remind!!! you can store your KOMODOcoins on Ledger Nano S aswell!!

We are aware of the issues some users are having with Agama. Most of the SuperNET developers are working on the GUI. However, people should understand that Agama's issues are due to the GUI, not the blockchain. If you are having trouble with Agama and you need to access your KMD, I recommend that you use a native komodod wallet in linux instead. It's much more robust and in many ways simpler to use than Agama.

I made a transaction so that my interest would be captured when the Jumblr air drop happens.  I have a few questions regarding my interest and the transaction I made.  I sent 1KMD to my Bittrex address and used the default fee of .001  But when I check the Komodo block explorer it says the amount of the fee was: -17.35816754 KMD why did that happen?  Also, why is my wallet now showing a different amount than the block explorer?  I thought that by sending 1KMD the interest would be correct on the block explorer.  This is the transaction I made - 4a6fd499e3162f96593ab2b8a72ff94c4d27e391e14c5a15546ef2da540d9aa8
The explorer is not aware of interest, however it calculates the txfee as:

sum of inputs - sum of outputs = txfee

Notice that if the sum of outputs is bigger than sum of inputs, the difference goes negative. For other coins, this is never happening, but with KMD it means your outputs were bigger than the inputs due to interest. The actual interest amount is even a bit more as the real txfee was also covered.

As far as the difference in interest goes, it could be that you still have some utxo with accrued interest. If you do a listunspent command you can see an "interest" field. or a "getinfo" command has an "interest" field for all the utxo.

native mode komodod has the definite answer as to what your balance is for the imported privkeys, just do a getinfo.

Thanks for the info, I think I understand now...
