Can someone from the team officially confirm that snapshot for the Jumbler was not made yet and we have at least 3 days to transfer our KMD to the wallet [or BTCD swapped through the website]?
Thanks.

Disobey.
I had trouble all day to create a transaction.
See image here:
http://imgur.com/a/ckJ1y

I use Agama v. 1.6.2e
The transaction is created successfully, but there seems to be an error. The recipient did not receive any KMD, although I tried it three times during the last 10 hours.
Please see the linked image for details.

Anyone with suggestions?

nvm, compiled it from source, but then I had to find out, that wallet encryption is not working...wtf???
Isn't there a functioning secure komodo wallet available or do I have to use an offline wallet, if I want to store my coins securely?

I will try again tomorrow morning after a PC restart
thanks for this convenience point from your side ..best effort have been done here.

Thanks polycryptoblog and Komodo for replies.

It is enough that you control the privatekeys. You don't have to use any particular wallet. You could just have an offline wallet and you would still receive the JUMBLR asset.

P.S. we did also release alternative KMD wallet: https://supernet.org/en/products/komodo-swing-wallet

I've downloaded and installed the Windows version of the Komodo Swing wallet

Which of the various application files (e.g. komodo-cli and komodod) do I click on to run the wallet?

Thanks.

Is there a way to retrieve my private keys without access to my wallet? Can I go look through my files and find it in there or is my Komodo coins lost forever?

You need to provide more info.

What wallet did you use? If Agama, then what mode?

If you have your seed save, then that is all you need.

Having 'received' the payout some weeks ago I've been waiting for the new bug free Agama wallet to be released. Assuming it isn't by the time of the Jumblr asset distribution, will I still receive the asset?

Thanks Smiley

I predicted the second elections will be a lot more competitive, it seems I will be right.

Notaries are currently grossing about $100 per day and this is a nice reward for all the work they put in to get to where we are today. They all took a risk that they might just barely cover costs for all their troubles, but the upside is to have the income increasing without any cost increase.

The quick response of the notaries allowed us to detect and thwart attacks and in general keep the blocks generated smoothly. Moving forward, I think the community will be scrutinizing the actual contributions that each notary makes and vote accordingly.

There are many ways to contribute and one of the most important is by being a developer. We are looking for more devs and while I cannot promise that an active and productive dev will win a notary spot, I can say that they have a very good chance of being elected.

The formula is that a notary node makes about 80x the price of KMD per day, so as the price keeps going up, this starts becoming real money. What if KMD had a few dozen devs who never had to worry about money and could just code cool things for KMD?

What are conditions required to be a candidate for the next election? How can I nominate?

Anyone can be a candidate. The KMD coin holders just have to vote you in. If you receive enough votes you will become a notary node operator.

cannot register to make btcd swap https://ico.komodoplatform.com/

There is a known bug with the site that is currently being worked on.

Jumblr distribution will not take place until problem is fixed and another payout is made.

How to transferInterest earned?

I am running the agama wallet in Basilisk mode. I see I have some Interest earned, but that interest is not showing up in my balance. So how can I obtain/transfer this Interest earned?

Whenever you make a transaction (even just 0.001 KMD) your interest will reset, which means it will be added to your total balance.

For now don't send KMD with:
 - Komodo swing wallet
 - Ledger Nano S

There's a bug that causes you to lose the interest, so wait for the fix before sending if you are using those wallets

I made such a transaction, I've sent more than 0.001 KMD with the Agama App to myself some dass ago.
Agama still shows up Balance (22507 KMD) - Earned Interests (76 KMD) - Total Balance (22583 KMD)

But it is not possible to send the total balance of 22583 KMD to another wallet.

So how to get the Interests to my "normal Balance" ?

Ok, so i tried to sent a bigger amount of kmd to my own address. ->  1041acbd98fc901d2e47bc8eb0494b29d195569a40a505f2b919b2b5c1f56760

Agama shows:

IN     7   999.9999      9 Jun 2017 19:35:44
IN   7   3.62927081      9 Jun 2017 19:35:44

I got 3.629... KMD. But Agama is showing "Interest Earned 74.49468941 KMD"
It seems not all Interests have been sent. Or is Agama showing a wrong amount of Interests?

You have to spend the utxo to gain the interest.  It sounds like you spent one that gained 3.62 KMD interest and haven't spent the one that has gained 74 KMD interest

I have made almost 15x in terms of fiat by investing in KMD during ICO if calculated using market price of KMD.   Shocked Grin
This is one of the most profitable ICO for me, thanks dev for this opportunity.  Wink

I've tried digging through all the posts and I just can't find this answer.

I've got Agama up and running. I transferred my Komodo to the wallet and it showed up in Basilisk mode.

So the question is running it just Basilisk mode ok or does it need to be Native mode to get in on the Jumblr
sharedrop.

Just a side note, I was surprised there are no searchable videos I can find in a Google video search or Youtbe.
So for those good at making videos could get some good hits on covering this topic because surely I'm not
the only one wondering about the Komodo Jumblr sharedrop.

Thanks in advance for your help!

You will just need to control the privatekeys. Basilisk Mode means that your privatekeys are backed up by the seed.

Short answer: you are all set and will receive the JUMBLR asset.

P.S. the snapshot date was delayed. We make a new announcement as soon as our ICO site is fixed, which should happen next.
