How to keep alive, support and build up coins and it´s community around without a premine ??

nothing from the linked articel matches LPC.
40.000 blocks were mined for the leprosorium.ru community, which are the main users of the coin - we have given away most of the the premine to more than 2000 members in order to gain miners and investors. the devs have only few coins left.

My wallet wont sync and can't find any connections. I have the standard .conf file. Any ideas? Any new addnodes I could try?
