Will there be a P2Pool implemenation of the SHA-3, or any Keccak python module available at launch?
I'd like to know this too. Would be interested in adding Maxcoin to TreasureQuarry's select list of coins for p2pool mining.

There are GPU cgminer patches for Keccak, only two coins so far. CopperLark and eCoin, as far as I know.

Nobody. We need to see the source first to patch cgminer or soemthing. But you can be sure that if they don't release a gpu miner, someone will do the trivial modification sooner rather than later and will use it to mine while the average That's on the short term. On the long term here's a SHA3 ASIC:
