I don't think they care about review article or video because there is no bounty program or anything like that, they already sold all the tokens to their private investors.

I completely have no trust to this project, due to the fact, that translating name of this project in to russian, loki means that you are stupid and easy to be scamed. The same thing happened with Denaro (DNO) . DNO means lowest bottom , like ocean bottom, so finally it turned into scam. Since that time I don't like project which sounds bad in my language.

I don't think you're correct, Coino. It's loKi, not loHi. I encourage you to read the WhitePaper and make your conclusion based on the project description and idea behind it rather than similar sounding words (and they actually don't sound very similar).

Will Loki anonymity be based on the Thoor network? In relation to the fees, will be similar to those charged by Etherdelta and forkdelta?
Loki combines a private transaction network based on Monero with economically incentivised service nodes to create a trustless quorum based networking protocol. This protocol allows anyone to route small packets of data in an anonymous and decentralised way. The front end applications that use this packet routing system are private-by-design, and are known as Service Node Apps “SNApps”
Transaction fees similar to Monero as Loki adopts the Monero source code and will continue to merge POW.
