Dreams are realities un-manifested.
Great pool, looking forward to seeing the 2 factor authentication.

To me it seemed the multiport flapps quite a bit between coins, so if there is a change to the multiport I would like to see it commit to the changed coin for a period of not less than 20 minutes (1-2 hours ideally). Thoughts?

On the dashboard your profitability calc looks relative to LTC, however you have a last price for BTC, should be one or the other as opposed to mixed? Also not sure if you are trying to avoid projections but a column for LTC(or BTC) per hour per KHs would also be beneficial to the overview of profitability.

Just my 2 Satoshi's worth, hope my opinion makes sense otherwise throw it in the bit-bucket  Grin

Hi Merc,

just signed up to your pool and happily mining away thus far.

Willing to shift more of my farm over to your setup but waiting to see if you are planning to make a few amendments.

1. Add more coins - i.e. DOGE is currently the most profitable, so it makes sense to also be mining this.
2. Add in 2 factor authentication. This will reduce the amount of time you have to deal with "password stolen" issues and increases the confidence people will have in the pool = more $$ in the end for everyone.
3. I seem to be having trouble with the irc server. My ISP blocks 6667 by default, would it be possible for you to enable 6697 +/- SSL support?

Cheers and thanks!

1)We add coins based on the pool hashrate/difficulty. We aim to mine profitable coins that payout frequently for the pool, doge's calcs go up and down a bit as the difficulty has been moving, but we definitely plan on adding it.

We're constantly adding new coins as we see the profit calcs shifting throughout the crypto-world, and aim to make sure we are always mining something profitable Wink

2) 2FA is on my todo list, it should be coming within the next few days.. most likely using Authy or Google Authenticator.

3) +7777 for ssl Wink

Very happy with this pool.

You do need to add some more coins like GDC, DOGE, Catcoin etc.

I didn't think you could withdraw directly to your Cryptsy address, please correct me if  I am wrong.

You can't use a cryptsy address directly for mining (say with p2pool,etc), but you can auto-withdraw to cryptsy without a problem. We provide transactionid's for all of our payouts, so if anything ever comes up you can easily track it down on the blockchain (if the coin has a blockexplorer at least).

I do not recommend, the reward is 60% less than expected

I apologize if you got less than expected, can you elaborate though? We've actually been running at a pretty good efficiency on the multi-port these last few days, but I'm always wanting to know how we fell short or how we can improve

Update: Added CRC (Craftcoin), FST (Fastcoin) is syncing and will be added soon as well.

We've grown exponentially over the last 24 hrs, and I'm happy to say that we're, so far, keeping up with this growth rather well. I was in no way expecting such rapid growth when I made the original post here, but am more than happy to be sharing profit with you guys Grin

We've tweaked our profitability calculation slightly as well.. We now have enough hashrate where LKY is no longer profitable to hit due to their anti-multipool code. We've weighted this heavily so that if LKY appears at the top of the list, its going to have to be extremely profitable.

Thanks!

Great, thank you, I saw the tx fee column now. Good job, will be moving more miners your way!

What are the withdrawal fees and transaction fee thresholds for all coins? I can't find it on the web-site.

Thanks!

New coins are added with a default of a 0.1 fee for transactions, minimum payout of 1, maximum auto-payout of 500.

I'm in the process of tuning this for each coin, as I'm not aiming to make money off these transactions, simply cover the tx fee + a slight amount for cpu usage.

Your manual payment is not working.  I tried  CAP and SPT. Fix it!

Looks like you have invalid payout addresses, so it is skipping your payout.. I'll modify the front-end to verify the coin address on edit, but in the meantime if you add a valid coin address it should payout for you. Let me know once updated and I'll verify that it goes through

Thanks

I signed up. I really like your layout. Better than most of the pools around.
It's like multipool.us with the less popular altcoins.
No stratum?

I tried setting it up a cudaminer, but I'm getting a json_rpc_call failure.

Thanks!

All the ports are stratum, getwork is actually disabled currently..
This is presently working for me:
cudaminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.trademybit.com:3330 -O user.worker:x

Oh all right. Thanks for the answer with people's questions. And I agree about the SHA coins. I think it's better to stick with altcoins.

I have a good feeling about your pool.
I'll mine when I'm able to and hopefully throw some donations your way.

Would you happen to have an option to sell the coins and deposit bitcoin directly?

Also if I set my miner to the multiport do I need to have the addresses of all the coins populated?

Would you be doing something similar of SHA 256 coins?

I am currently working on an automated trader, ETA is presently unknown, but hopefully soon. In the meantime, I highly suggest setting up an auto-withdraw for all coins.. typically to an exchange such as Cryptsy (cryptsy will autosell for you if you enable that for each coin there).

I don't plan on doing sha256 coins presently as there doesn't seem to be much of an advantage to alt-coin mining in regards to a market for profitability vs BTC (at least the last time I checked). If this changes in the future I am definitely open to the idea Wink
