Usually those details are not to be announced early. In fact, not after all the deal between projects and exchanges is done. That's just the rule of thump for most exchanges nowadays.

? Not sure if you are pretending or something. You get it from the token sale. Where else would you buy it ? Token sale, then exchange in the future ..

I think that in long term Ethereum will give -50% but in short term we have all chance to make x5 in easy. Why do I think so? All tied up with Buterin if he will go away and will become more decentraliz - Ethereum have any chance.
