What is you plan for this coin now, are you looking at other exchanges, what will the purpose of this coin be, and how do you intend to market it ?

As I already said - we have same rules for all ICOs.
Our comission is 10% from sold coins, so it's 11.2*0.1=1.12 btc, balance after ico (ivestors dumped their coins): 1.17 btc -1.12 btc (our comission) =0.05 btc
OS76 dev asked us to pay all from 11.2 btc in first day of holding period, but with 30% comission for us. First time happen something like this
