Experimental pushpool branch for tenebrix: https://github.com/ArtForz/pushpool
rpc.target.bits set to 20 (1 share == ~1M hashes) seems to work pretty well locally.

Stupid question here......

If I have i an I5 Quad Core, how many threads should I use?

Is it 1 thread per core?

I think intel still uses hyper threading, so you could do 8x threads.

Profitable compared to electrical usage is the only viable thing, really.
You don't have to shut down BTC/etc. mining for it, after all.

Also keep in mind that TBX can be mined effectively on regular everyday hardware, no special GPU requirements, which means that a lot of folks with free electricity just got the ability to mine. I for one would like a Java/JavaScript miner so that I can dedicate a core or two in the background while I'm at work.

Okay dudes, Gui-less daemon is good on all platforms (Win, Lin Ubuntu LTS, Lin CentOS, Lin Fedora specifically compiled and tested)

https://github.com/Lolcust/Tenebrix-daemon-exp/commit/a9c5887f3572259376ac0dbfaabe6232288375eb

I guess that means that it's faucet time, then exchange time, then pool time.

Any pushpool gurus here? It needs tweaking due to "unusual" PoW...
So stupid question here, but how do you compile this? Today's project was to be getting a Ubuntu machine mining headless, but I didn't exactly get very far. :p
... in the source directory type "make bitcoind"
Yeah name changing seems to be a major difficult thing for Lolcust Tongue

One per core unless you're GPU mining, in which case you'll probably want to leave a core free to keep the GPUs fed.

Wait, the transactions need 101 transactions before they are accepted by the exchange? Huh

EDIT:
Nevermind, they are on my account already. Just a typo on the site.
